Bookings / Payments

* A non-refundable 20% deposit per person is required within 10 days for us to hold seats. This deposit forms part of your final payment which is due 60 days prior to departure. For bookings made with 60 or less days, total payment is required. Balance due shall be received within time limit or reservation will not be considered as a firm request.

Copy of bank transaction shall be sent via fax or mail, if no news is received during time limit date, places will be automatically released and penalties applied.

* Copy of passport, flights route and any special requirement shall be provided when reserving the cruise.

Cancellations

* 20% deposit is non-refundable

* 120 - 61 days prior to cruise date: 50% is forfeit.

* 60 - 00 days prior to cruise date: 100% is forfeit.

Additional Remarks

* Children under 12 years will be accepted on board only if accompanied by an adult    who must sign a "Release of responsibility" form.

* It is mandatory for all passengers to have valid travel insurance before coming to Ecuador and visiting the Galapagos.  This kind of insurance is not included in our cruises rates. We highly recommend purchasing traveller’s insurance for trip delay, trip cancellation, baggage, accident and sickness, etc.
